ProHealthcareJournal is a privately owned health insurance comparison and referral service. We are not an insurance company and we are not a government agency. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Health Insurance Marketplace (Healthcare.gov), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), or any state agency. We connect consumers with licensed insurance agents who can provide quotes and facilitate enrollment. Insurance is offered and underwritten by the respective carriers.

No guarantee of coverage. Submitting information does not guarantee eligibility, enrollment, pricing, or subsidy amounts. Plan availability, benefits, and premiums vary by location, age, household size, and income, and are subject to carrier and Marketplace approval.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident to use the Site and submit a request for insurance information.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
